Tremendous advances in equine ultrasonography have occurred in the last few years!

Ultrasound can be used to supply more information about joint conditions than radiographs alone in unusual cases.

Ultrasound can now be used for:

• Tendon evaluation
• Ligament evaluation
• Joint evaluation (including inner Stifle ligaments)
• Back exams
• Eye exams
