Before you can access your photos please be sure you have received an email specifying your User name, Password, and URL (web site address).
Please note the User name, Password, and web site address in your email. It is important to note the User name and Password are Case Sensitive. Be sure to type them into the login page exactly as you see them in your email.

Once you have your User name, Password, and URL you are ready to go to the internet and view or download your photos. The following examples use Internet Explorer as the browser to navigate the internet. If you are using Netscape or another browser these examples may not be identical to the steps you need to follow in order to view or download your photos.
Open Internet Explorer and type in the web address shown in your email. In this example it is http://ctrdvmclient.com/Sample.
See image #2.>
After typing in the URL in the address bar of Internet Explorer use your mouse to click on the "GO" arrow or press "Enter" on your keyboard. You will be taken to the logon screen. At the logon screen enter your User name and Password. Remember the User name and Password are case sensitive.

If you want to view one of the listed files use your mouse to "double click" the chosen file. This will open the file in your browser (internet explorer). Depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connect it may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to see all of the chosen file. If your picture does not open in Internet Explorer please be sure you have at least version 6.0 of Internet Explorer. To check your version of Internet Explorer click on the "Help" text selection in the main menu of Internet Explorer and then select "About Internet Explorer" from the drop down menu.
If you would like to save one or more of your files go back to the file listing shown previously. Now use your "Right" mouse button and click on the selected file name. A dialog box will pop up on the screen.

If you don't see the dialog box as shown please use your mouse to move to the file you want to save and perform a "Right" click to access the dialog box. Once you have the dialog box shown on your computer screen move your mouse and select the dialog box listing named "Save Target As..." This will allow you to save the selected file listing to your computer's hard drive. After selecting the "Save Target As" menu item either "Click" on it or press the "Enter" key.
See image #7.>
Once you have selected "Save Target As..." you will be able to save the file to your hard drive. You can choose to save the file to your hard drive using the default file name or rename the file.
