Before you can access these files please be sure you have received an email specifying your User name, Password, and FTP (host site address).
Please note the User name, Password, and FTP address in your email. It is important to note the User name and Password are Case Sensitive. Be sure to type them into the FTP client exactly as you see them in your email.

Prior to utilizing any of this information you must Download and install the FTP Client Software. If you already have such software you can skip over the steps indicating how to download it. If you don't have an FTP client Go To the following URL with Internet Explorer:
http://ctrdvmclient.com/files/ You will see the following Index of Files.

Use your mouse to move over the file name of ws_ftple.exe. Once you have moved your mouse over the file name "double click" it with the left mouse button. Double clicking it will cause the file download dialog box to open. From the file download dialog box you can save the file to your computer's hard drive.

Click on the "Save" button to save the ws_ftple.exe program file to your hard drive. You will be given a choice of where to save this file. The next window to appear will allow you to choose where to save the ws_ftple.exe file on your hard drive.

You can save the program to your default directory (folder) or one of your choice. If you choose to save it to another folder click the down arrow indicated by the top most arrow and navigate to the directory of your choice. After navigating to the directory of your choice click on the save button. The ws_ftple.exe file is now on your hard drive.
After you have successfully downloaded and saved the program to your hard drive install it by double clicking on it and follow the "on screen instructions." After installing the FTP Client open it. You will see the following window upon opening the program.

By default WsLite (ftp client) opens to the last connection (session properties). We will create the settings for a "new session." You will only need to do this once for each entry into the session manager. Use your mouse and click on the "New" button. This will clear all of the entries in the session manager and allow you to type in the new settings. After you click on the "New" button your session properties would should look like the following:

Now that the session properties is blank you can type in the correct settings as follows: In the "Profile Name:" box type in any name you like to describe the name of this session. In this example it is "Sample CTRDVM." In the "Host Name/Address:" box type in "ctrdvmclient.com" In the "Host Type" box leave it set to "Automatic detect." In the "User ID:" box type in your User name provided in the email sent to you (sampleacct@ctrdvmclient.com). In the "Password" box type in the "Password" provided in the email sent to you (sampleacct). If you want to save your password click inside the "Save Pwd" box and a check mark will appear. Your filled out session properties should look like the following:

Upon entering all of the proper settings click on the "OK" button and this information will be saved and you will be connected to the FTP Site. If you do not connect click on the connect button and find the session you just created and check your settings. If you have connected correctly skip the next step.

Clicking on the connect button will open up the session properties window. Click on the "down arrow" symbol to the right of the name in the "Profile Name:" box. This will display a drop down listing of all the saved sessions. Navigate to your session by using the scroll bar and then highlight it by selecting it with your mouse. Review and edit your settings and then click on the "OK" button to connect and save your edited settings. Upon connecting you should see a window like the following:

In this example you can see the file named "Sample.jpg" in the right window labeled "Remote Site." If you want to download this image highlight it with your mouse and then "double click" it with your mouse. This will download the file to the directory (folder) shown in the "local system" box located in the upper left hand corner of the screen (D:\WS_FTP).

The downloaded file is now saved on your hard drive. To download more files use the same procedure as described above. To view the downloaded file use your viewing software to see it. The downloaded files can be found in the folder where you downloaded them. When you are finished downloading your files disconnect from the FTP site by clicking on the "Close" button located in the lower left hand corner of the screen. See picture below:

You are now logged out of your FTP session and can close the FTP Client software.
